When you submit a service request, RepairXfleet receives your name, email address, phone number, and the company, vehicle, location, and service details you provide. Please do not include payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss estimates, coordinate service, and keep relevant business records. A form submission authorizes contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Hosting and email
Our website and email hosting providers process information as needed to operate the site and deliver service requests. We do not sell your contact form information. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Essential cookies and technical information
The contact form uses an essential session cookie to help protect against fraudulent submissions. Server logs may include IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages. We use limited technical data to secure the website and prevent abuse. We do not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The embedded Google map is a third-party service with its own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
We keep service communications and records as needed to respond to requests, manage customer relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to any records we must retain.

Our pages include an interactive Google Maps embed for our business address. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may process technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under its own privacy practices. Directions links also open Google Maps.
